Directions and parking
Directions
From I-35W (both directions):
Take Interstate 35W to the Cleveland Avenue exit. Continue south on Cleveland Avenue for a mile and a half. Turn left onto Buford Avenue and proceed 2 blocks. Magrath Library will be on the right near the intersection of Buford Ave and Lower Buford Circle.
From I-94 (both directions):
Take I-94 to the Highway 280 exit. Proceed northbound on Highway 280 for 1 mile to the Kasota Ave/ Energy Park Drive exit. Turn right onto Energy Park Drive and proceed 1/2 mile to Raymond Ave. Turn left onto Raymond Ave and continue for 1 mile (the road will become Cleveland Ave) to Buford Ave. Turn right onto Buford Ave and proceed for 2 blocks. Magrath Library will be on the right near the intersection of Buford Ave and Lower Buford Circle.
Parking

Accessibility
Nearest accessible parking is located in Gortner Avenue Ramp, Lot 104.
There are two entrances to Magrath Library with power-assist doors. On the north side of the building, accessible entry is via the shared doors with Learning and Environmental Sciences on Buford Avenue. On the south side of the building, accessible entry is through the basement-level doors near the Gortner Avenue Parking Ramp.
An elevator is located in the main lobby. Access to the basement level from upper floors requires staff assistance, and can be arranged during open hours by visiting the service desk or calling 612-624-2233. The elevator can be called from the basement level.
All public computers have either ZoomText or the accessibility suite of Windows Utilities (ctrl+U) installed. An Adaptive Technology Lab is available in 307 Wilson Library.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available on the Basement Level, 1st floor and 2nd floor. A gender neutral, accessible restroom is located at 54 Magrath, exterior to Magrath Library near Classroom 8.
Tutoring and Academic Success Center and extended study area access
Access to the Tutoring and Academic Success Center (formerly SMART commons) and extended study area after the main library has closed is only available to current U of M students, faculty, and staff with a valid U Card.

The 1:Button Studios are fully automated HD video recording spaces with professional studio lighting and sound equipment. They are set up to record high-quality video projects without any knowledge of lights and cameras.
