About

Melissa has worked in Interlibrary Loan at the University of Minnesota Libraries for over 20 years. She provides leadership and vision for ILL, digital delivery, physical acquisitions and rapid cataloging, with an emphasis on creating a better user experience for patrons. 

She has written and presented on topics including textbooks and interlibrary loan, document delivery in discovery, resource sharing of dissertations and theses and is a co-author of two Big Ten Academic Allianance Discovery to Delivery reports about next generation resource sharing delivery systems.
